So the congress decided to read the constitution not to long ago. Which was all in all a very good idea. They left out a lot of things such as "3/5 humanity of slaves." Maybe this is one more step towards making America what it used to be.

what if minimum wage "salary" justified if you were a whole human... those who don't work=0/5....those who work=5/5...those who live on the gov't= an heroes???
