Mind the Veins

In the world of minds and hearts alike; mind the veins. The veins pump the blood to the heart which can be easily broken by an individual. Sometimes you have to pinch off a vein for a small duration to not let that person in so fast.

Our mind tells us no, but our heart tells us yes. Follow your heart, for it is the most honest thinking part of your body.  Always remember though; anyone who breaks your heart can never hold it again because the pieces just fall through their fingers.

Strengthened Branches

The days of our lives change day in, and day out. Do not let the hardships of life get you down and make you become less positive towards yourself, family, or your friends.

Never forget where you came from. Now that is a very open ended statement. The sense that I mean it in is not forgetting where you originated from. Weather that be growing up, or where you got your personality from. Things that make you who you are, but if they are negative situations that you have faced in a previous time of your life, use them to strengthen your mind. Grow first, then keep on growing. Never give up for the simple reasons of something starting to get difficult.

My Edu

Today was a very "Experimentational" day. I have positively asserted that if you are for the most part upfront with people and friendly to them, you get the same reactions and attitude in return. I've known this myself for quite some time now, however, this is for you not me.

Being friendly in our everyday lives is very important to ourselves and others around us. WE NEED MORE EXTROVERTS!!! In my personal opinion (which really doesn't matter too much), I think that the world is full of too many introverts and more less people that are trying to make the world a worse place than it is currently. I take the exact same stance that the late Bob Marley took on these views, "The people that are trying to make this world worse, aren't taking a day off. How can I?" This has been very influential to myself and my take on life.

So much hate, not enough love. Love being stated in the sense of "treating others as" instead of actual love. If we would all realize that we can make the place that we live in a batter one [place], our children, family members, and ourselves would more than likely live in a safer place. I, however, digress.

Hope everyone enjoyed the day off on Monday; provided you had a day off. Now lets get on the grind to be happy more. Be excited. Be enthusiastic! Be charismatic! Be...

Rock and a hard place

Is it what separates the men from the boys? The women from the girls? I am talking about courage of course. The grace under pressure. Fear is natural, and when in dangerous circumstances, inevitable. The courageous men and women in our world, have learned to curb that fear and remain calm while recognizing that fear.

“Courage is fear holding on a minute longer.”

 General George S. Patton

At some point in our lives, everyone will experience courage. Even if you do not realize it yourself at the time. Weather it be something very simple that you got a bit nervous about. Or it be a very difficult or dangerous situation that you may be recognized for by your peers, co-workers, family members, and so on and so-fourth.

We [ourselves] must find that inner strength each day to mold our brain to be like water. With the ability to take shape of any situation. Be like the martial art [Jeet Kune Do] of the mind. Formless, shapeless. Bruce Lee said "If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. If you put it in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot...it becomes the teapot." We must be like water in our everyday lives.

Taking a day off is not an option. Be ready to face the fear. Be ready to face yourselves. Be eternal.

Be Courageous!

Push on

The task of the leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been.
~Henry Kissinger

Leadership. Who is a leader? Who is not? Is a manger of people a leader? This is a common misconception amongst a lot of people in our society. Namely in a work environment. Too many people think that them being a manager is being a leader. This holds not to be true.

Leadership is only gained and improved upon by experience. Weather being gained from taking part in a role that needs a leader. Or have it being very interactive with a lot of people to learn the people. When people do things because they want to do them for you, instead of because you told them to do it, you have successfully started being a leader to that specific person.

Keep in mind, we all will fail at some point in this process. Failure is a key to learning how not to do so. If you grab a snakes rattle 4 times and he doesn't bite you, but on the 5th time he does, don't grab 5 times. You failed the first time but now you know the limits.

My personal experience is a little phrase that helps me in everyday situation of getting people to do things for you.  "Ask, Tell, Yell" is the motto I do my daily tasks to get people to do things. Also, make them understand that as your worker/employee, they have actual value, and that they are an asset. Reward them, but not often. Small compliments on their ethics and productivity help people feel a lot better about themselves and make them see that they are not just another person working for "the man."

A key thing also is to never promise things you can not, or will not deliver. When one does not deliver, they lose trust. Earning respect from your co-workers, then earn their trust and maintain it! We often strive too hard to gain peoples trust, when the small things are what matter. Punishing people (in whatever form) is too often used. Break down, but rebuild.

Snow and aids

As I was on my computer, most likely faping. I recieve a text message, "Would you like to work for me on sunday?" I promptly reply telling this chick that I already worked on sunday. But something was odd because she said she worked the same hours that I did. So, me being the stud that I am, I check my schedule. Mind you, its already 2:45am. I looked, and see sunday. Me? Nowhere to be found on there. Look at saturday (Today) and see my damned name on the schedule.

So I get up to get ready after sleeping for 4 hours, tired as balls, when I realized it snowed a little bit through the night. Warm my car up, which made me go outside in the 10 degrees cold... Then when I go to leave, car gets stuck. FML

All in all, 30mins late to work and I didnt have a key to open the building, nor did the other person meeting me there. Double FML.

Korea

So In an abrupt decision, the liking of north Korea for me is at about a -1 out of ten.
I guess it's manly KJI to blame, but in the end you have to
Blame the north Korean civilians also since his dad was elected years ago.
But I digress!

More to come! Stay tuned for my news banters.

*note - South Korea is cool though.

We the people

So the congress decided to read the constitution not to long ago. Which was all in all a very good idea. They left out a lot of things such as "3/5 humanity of slaves." Maybe this is one more step towards making America what it used to be.

More info to come!
